What I offer
Standalone workshops and talks
Using my lived experience I share stories that distill complexity into learning that makes a lasting impression - from one-hour sessions to half-day workshops like Understanding Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
Bespoke programmes
These workshops align with your values, internal processes and key aims. Sessions like my bespoke Supporting Neurodivergent Learners workshop, are designed to complement - not duplicate - your organisation's existing neurodiversity training.
Partnered workshops
Working with selected partners, I co-faciliate sessions that bring together multiple perspectives and specialist expertise. Neuroaffirming Mindsets for Line Managers is co-faciliated with an experienced management consultant, while I partner with an Autistic employment lawyer for another session.
What to Expect
Stage One:
Initial exploratory discussion
(30min video call)
This is a chance for us to get to know one another and explore whether my approach is a good fit. I’ll follow up with a summary and next steps. There’s no obligation to commit, and no hard-sell.
Stage Two:
Kick-off to gather organisations specific info and map learning
(60min video call)
I’ll guide you through a series of questions to understand the wider context of your request. For bespoke programmes or partnered workshops, we'll have a further call to discuss session design and introduce any co-facilitators.
Stage Three:
Facilitation of workshops
(variable length)
Sessions take place predominantly online, from one-hour sessions to multi-day programmes. Designed for audiences of ten to 100+, all facilitated in a neuroaffirming way. Feedback is collected via my own or your internal processes.
Stage Four:
Debrief session
(30min video call)
We come together to review our original aims and analyse available feedback. This supports us to collaboratively think through next steps and any recommendations that may arise from the sessions.

About me
I'm Hannah - a qualified, accredited coach and experienced educator.
My own late diagnoses of Autism, ADHD and dyscalculia called everything into question. Yet, as a leader, parent and the primary earner, stepping back wasn't an option. Instead, neuroaffirming coaching helped me find my way. Now, drawing on my background in education, leadership and management, I help others do the same.

What are the benefits?
Real insight
My approach is evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience. This ensures your team and organisation gets the most up-to-date insights around neurodiversity, alongside stories that make a real impact.
Proactive inclusion
My sessions provide nuanced understanding of the barriers neurodivergent colleagues face. This supports your team to move beyond relying on individual disclosures and reactive troubleshooting, to pre-emptively removing barriers and identifying blind spots.
Curiosity and compassion
My focus is always on both ‘what’ and ‘why’. Rather than only describing potential barriers, I explain why they may be experienced as such. This helps your team to move forward with curiosity and compassion.

Case study
Graduate Futures Institute
Initial exploratory discussion
I met with the Graduate Futures Institute team to explore how I could add to their existing neurodiversity offer. I shared initial ideas, spoke about my approach and how I could strategically complement their current offer.
Kick-off to gather organisations specific info and map learning
We met to discuss their members’ needs and the positioning of the workshop as a paid-for CPD session. Value and impact needed to be clear so members could get buy-in and funding from their respective organisations.
I followed up with an overview of the session, what it would achieve, how it could be framed and the target audience. The team decided to move ahead at this stage.
Facilitation of workshops
The workshop proved popular once advertised and we revised upwards the initial cap we’d put on participant numbers. The session took place online with one of the Graduate Futures Institute team joining to learn more about my approach.
Debrief session
The team used their own tools to gather comprehensive feedback, which was shared with me. The workshop achieved an 82% overall satisfaction rate, which is well above their internal benchmark. We collaboratively explored minor amendments to make and I was invited back to deliver a second iteration.

Client thoughts
“I have attended a large number of courses and workshops over the past 10 years and this 2 hour workshop was, without a doubt, the most informative, engaging and beneficial session that I have ever been on.
This workshop was fantastically well thought out, put together and delivered. Hannah, the trainer, provided thought provoking insights into, and information about neurodivergence and this in turn allowed us to establish ways in which we can adapt our working practices. I felt comfortable during the whole session and I learned more in the 2 hours than I have done in some multi-day sessions.”
