What I offer
One-to-one neuroaffirming coaching
I support neurodivergent professionals to work through the ‘messy middle’ that often comes about following a late diagnosis or discovery. Together we explore topics like boundaries, self-advocacy and burnout and identify practical strategies to support you.
Workplace coaching
As part of your late discovery your employer might be able to fund coaching. I can liaise with your employer to support this and we’ll focus on specific workplace challenges - but never at the expense of looking at things holistically.
Coaching for managers
Sometimes managers and leaders need space to think through how to meet the needs of neurodiverse teams. I’ll work with you in a non-judgemental way, bringing my own management experience of leading a high-performing majority-neurodivergent team.
What to Expect
Stage One:
Book a call
(30min video call)
We’ll spend this time getting to know one another and exploring if my approach is a good fit. We’ll talk about what you hope to achieve and what resources you have to commit to coaching. No obligation, and no hard-sell.
Stage Two:
Time to think, and follow-up information
(via email)
I’ll send you an email capturing the main points from our call. If you decide to move ahead I’ll support you to refine your goal/s and decide on the number of sessions you’d like to do, depending on the resources available to you.
Stage Three:
Coaching begins
(60 min sessions via video call)
We’ll work at your pace, in ways that best suit you. This could mean meeting weekly, fortnightly or on a monthly basis. You might choose to actively experiment in between sessions or use the time to reflect and process. I’ll create the safety needed to achieve tangible results.
Stage Four:
Closing our time together
(via email)
Coaching is time bound and designed to empower you to continue developing beyond our time together. As we close, I’ll share comprehensive ‘end notes’ which capture the patterns emerging from our conversations, alongside a roadmap for continued growth.

About me
I'm Hannah - a qualified, accredited coach and experienced educator.
My own late diagnoses of Autism, ADHD and dyscalculia called everything into question. Yet, as a leader, parent and the primary earner, stepping back wasn't an option. Instead, neuroaffirming coaching helped me find my way. Now, drawing on my background in education, leadership and management, I help others do the same.

What are the benefits?
Being seen and heard
Many clients describe our coaching conversations as the first time they've felt truly seen and heard. You won’t need to overexplain or justify yourself - simply show up as who you are.
Meaningful and sustainable changes
Coaching creates space for deep reflection and practical action - from new routines and decision-making tools to practices around wellbeing and self-compassion. You take small steps that build into lasting change.
Moving forward with confidence
You’ll finish coaching feeling re-energised, clearer about who you are and what you need. And genuinely equipped to make the bigger changes in your life and career that once felt out of reach.

Client Journey
The starting point
Most clients arrive knowing something needs to change - but they’re not quite sure what, or how. Often they frame their goals around work: a difficult situation, a relationship with a colleague, a creeping sense of overwhelm. But beneath that, there's usually much more.
Late discovery stirs up things that go deeper than any single workplace challenge, and what clients need most is somewhere safe to explore all of it.
Working through the ‘messy middle’
Before anything else, we create the conditions for meaningful conversation. Many clients describe feeling genuinely seen and heard, perhaps for the first time.
From that place of safety, we can begin to work with established coaching approaches as well as my own bespoke tools. We attend to practical steps, alongside deeper intangible shifts. Small steps come first and the bigger changes follow naturally from them.
Coming out the other side
By the time we close our work together, something has shifted - not just in how clients navigate their lives, but in how they understand and relate to themselves.
Clients often describe feeling relieved, re-energised, and quietly optimistic. Goals that once felt overwhelming become achievable. And, for many, there's something they didn't quite expect: a renewed sense of joy, focus and motivation that they'd almost stopped looking for.
